Born in NYC and raised in Westchester, Liz has been inspired by art and design for most of her life. She navigated the northeast taking many courses at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology and the Rhode Island School of Design before settling at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston where she received a diploma in ceramic and mixed media sculptures along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts at Tufts University.
Liz rapidly returned to NYC and using her creativity and strong interpersonal skills, began to build a solid history of projects including permanent architectural lighting. Liz states,
“Art is my life, it inspires me and it defines me! I believe in what we do, we inspire, we motivate, we create!”
Liz was drawn to Pegasus Productions because of their notoriety in the lighting and special events industry as “collaborators.” She finds it motivating to be part of a leadership team where she has carte blanche on ideas and more importantly, access to a pool of highly talented lighting designers and technicians along with access to both legacy and cutting edge technology. She enjoys experimenting with new and old technology to create unique and extraordinary effects.
Liz is exceptionally pleased to have the support of Pegasus Productions in her development of a personal series of light inspired hanging sculptures that will be released later this year.
